Can I apply online?

Yes! The Bellamy offers the ease of an on-line application process

Are there Qualifications - income, credit history checks, criminal history, rental history, etc.?

There are several options to qualify:

  1. ​Proof that you make 2.5x the monthly rental rate
  2. Add a guarantor to your application that makes 3.5x the monthly rental rate and has a minimum of a 600 credit score 
  3. Sign up for an account with Leap Easy which will act as a guarantor for you, for a small fee 
  4. Pay a deposit that is equal to the price of the first and last months of rent added together

Is there an application fee?

The application fee is $50. However, check on our website for any specials offered waiving the application fee. 

Are utilities included?

​Your utilities are not included. We use a third party company that manages these accounts for you and evenly disperses the costs among the residents within your apartment.

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

​You are able to find someone to take over your lease responsibility. They would have to go through the same application process that you did to qualify for the apartment.

What is a guarantor and do I have to have one?

​You are able to find someone to take over your lease responsibility. They would have to go through the same application process that you did to qualify for the apartment.

What is an individual lease? Do you offer individual leases?

​You are able to find someone to take over your lease responsibility. They would have to go through the same application process that you did to qualify for the apartment.

How much is the security deposit and is any of it refundable?

The Bellamy does not require a security deposit if all financial and credit requirements are met. However, if you are charged a security deposit, the deposit is refundable at the end of your lease as long as there are no damages or outstanding balances owed. 

Are there any other costs not included in the rent?

Your electricity, Water, and Valet service is not included in your rent. We use a third party company that manages these accounts for you and evenly disperses the costs among the residents within your home. This convenient system allows you the freedom to not have to come out of pocket for utility deposit charges.

Is renter's insurance required?

Renter's Insurance is required. We offer EPremium through our portal as an added convenience.

What leasing options are available?

The leasing terms available are installment plans based on a 12-month school year. We do offer shorter term leases with a premium. Please call for details.

What are the hours for the fitness center?

​Residents can access the back of the clubhouse 24/7 using their key fobs. This allows residents to take advantage of the fitness center, computer labs/printing, and the package room any time.

What are the hours for the pool?

The pool is accessible 24/7.

What are the hours for utilizing outdoor amenities?

​Outdoor amenities are available for residents to access 24/7.

What are the hours for the business center?

​Residents can access the back of the clubhouse 24/7 using their key fobs. This allows residents to take advantage of the fitness center, computer labs/printing, and the package room any time.

What are hours of the leasing office?

​The leasing office is currently open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, office hours are subject to change depending on the season. Be sure to check our website and social media pages for up-to-date information.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

​Residents can access the back of the clubhouse 24/7 using their key fobs. This allows residents to take advantage of the fitness center, computer labs/printing, and the package room any time.

Are BBQ grills available year round? What kind of grills do you have?

There are gas grills located by the pool and available year round.

Are concierge services available?

​Our leasing staff is here to help in any way.

Is there laundry on-site?

Does the community have bicycle racks?

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

​We do not offer valet trash service

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​Packages are dropped off at clubhouse and then stored in a secure location until pick up.

Is storage included? Is additional storage available?

We do not offer additional storage.

How do I reserve community amenities?

​Amenities are first come, first served.

What security features does this property offer?

​The community is gated and each apartment has a security system.

Does this community have a pest control service?

​Yes.

I have a noise complaint. Who do I contact?

​If after hours, you can call LC non-emergency number. The office can be contacted during office hours.

What is the smoking policy? Can I smoke in my apartment? Is there a designated smoking area?

​The community is non-smoking.

I have a non-emergency maintenance issue. Who do I contact?

​You can put in a work order request via the resident portal.

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

​We do allow cats & dogs as long as they are registered with the office and the fees are paid.

What is the parking situation? Is parking assigned? Is there a fee or permit required for parking? Is there a fee or permit required for parking?

​There is enough parking for everyone on a first come, first served basis. There is not a parking fee.

What is the policy for snow removal?

​The community provides snow removal.

Are there building quiet hours?

The community follows the city quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

What is the procedure for moving in/out?

​We communicate move in/out procedures via email.

I need emergency maintenance. Who do I call?

​Call the office and you will have the option to contact maintenance.

What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot? What is the policy for guest parking?

We don't have assigned parking, guest need to park in the overflow or at the clubhouse.​

What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?

​We require management approval for certain changes.

Are there fees for using the communal spaces?

​There is no fee.

Is there shopping nearby?

​There are all the options you could want for shopping and dining right off the main road, US 501.

Is there public transportation nearby? What stop is closest?

​Yes. The CCU shuttle picks up at the property.

Do the apartments have air condition?

​Yes, all apartments have A/C.

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?

​There are side by side washers and dryers in each apartment.

Do apartments have dishwashers?

​Dishwashers are included in all apartments.

What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment?

Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal.

Are stoves gas or electric?

​Stoves are electric.

What size apartments do you offer?

We offer, 2x2 and 4x4 floorplans.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

​The apartments have vinyl plank flooring.

Do any of your apartments have a loft?

​No, we do not have any lofts.

Are the apartments furnished?

​Yes, they are fully furnished - Including the bedrooms and living room areas.

Do any of your apartments have patios or balconies?

​Each apartment has a shared front patio and back patio.

Do apartments have USB outlets?

​Yes, we have USB outlets.

When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?

​The apartments were built in 2019.

Does the apartment come with a microwave?

​Yes, they are in every apartment. Whirlpool appliances.

Is there a bathtub or just a shower? Are they together or separate?
